Privacy Policy

Codlytics · Last updated: 9 October 2026

Codlytics ("we", "the service") is operated by Touchpedia. This policy explains what data the service reads from your Google accounts, why, how it is protected, and how you can remove it.

1. What we access

Only when you choose to connect an account, and only with read-only permission:

We never change, create, post or delete anything in your Google accounts.

2. How we use it

We use this data only to show you your own dashboards, reports and recommendations inside Codlytics. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train generalised AI or machine-learning models.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

Codlytics's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. What we store

5. Sharing

Your data is shown only to you and the people you give access to. Each customer's data is kept separate from every other customer's. We do not share it with third parties, except service providers needed to run the service (for example hosting and email delivery), who may not use it for any other purpose.

6. Security

Access tokens are stored in protected server files, connections use HTTPS, the website itself holds no Google keys, and every invitation link works once and expires. Access to the service requires sign-in.

7. Retention and deletion

You can remove access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete your data, email us and we will delete your connected accounts, tokens and stored totals. Data we hold for a connected account is deleted when you ask us to, or when the account is removed from the service.

8. Children

The service is for business use and is not directed at children.

9. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be notified to connected account owners.
